LUCITAG was established by a group of engineers who have worked in LED technology since its commercial emergence in architectural applications. Each founding member brought direct experience from optical system design, thermal management, driver electronics, and custom fixture development for large-scale projects.

A graduate of one of China’s top universities with a solid background in electrical automation, Johnson Tang has witnessed the evolution of architectural LED lighting with over 20 years of trailblazing expertise since 2004. As Color Kinetics’ pioneering employee in China, he ignited its market entry and propelled explosive growth until Philips’ acquisition. Armed with razor-sharp insights into professional lighting trends, product innovation, and sales mastery, Johnson thrives in cutting-edge applications, forging powerhouse partnerships with elite designers and architects to illuminate iconic projects spanning Asia and the globe.

Patrick Wu is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across the global lighting and technology sectors. He has held senior roles at Traxon Technologies (Osram) and GE Lighting, leading regional organizations, commercial strategy, and large‑scale project execution across Asia Pacific and Greater China. With a strong track record in multinational environments and deep engagement with architects, lighting designers, and system integrators, Patrick brings strategic insight and cross‑cultural expertise to LUCITAG’s mission of delivering intelligent, future‑ready solutions.

Gorm Teichert is a lighting industry expert with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to blending the values of good lighting with cutting-edge technology. Based in Denmark, Gorm has held senior leadership roles at prestigious companies including Lumenpulse, Martin Professional, and Louis Poulsen, where he contributed to global sales, business development, and marketing strategies. His vast expertise spans international markets, having led projects and consulting assignments across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. At LUCITAG, Gorm provides strategic guidance and insight, ensuring the company’s lighting solutions align with the latest industry advancements.

Steven Yu is a Product Director with nearly 20 years of comprehensive experience across the entire LED lighting industry chain. He possesses extensive expertise in every aspect from manufacturing and process optimization to quality control management. He is responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's entire product line.

Jaydeep Thosar is a seasoned lighting industry veteran with over 35 years of experience driving business growth across India and the APAC region. Based in Mumbai, he has held executive leadership roles at global organizations including Philips, Pierlite, and Traxon Technologies, where he spearheaded business development and regional market expansion. With a background in Electrical Engineering, Jaydeep combines technical expertise with strategic vision. At LUCITAG, he plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s expansion in the Indian market through strategic guidance, partnership development, and business growth.
